Jan made what I thought was an impossible situation possible. I was freshly divorced, a single mom, and significantly reduced my income from the previous year (COVID). Jan reassured me and felt confident we would find a way to refinance my house as soon as possible. My divorce was final in May, and by July, I was refinanced. I had expected the process to take 7 to 8 months. Being able to stay in my home with my children was such a comfort in a time of much upheaval. I would recommend Jan highly.
